Received wonderful toys but one was incorrect in the order (I was not warned anything was out of stock, if it ended up going out of stock). Couple of weeks later I realized I really would like what I’d ordered and saw it was in stock. I sent an email kindly asking if anything could be done about the incorrect item (included photo of incorrect item). Over a week and no response (I’m fine if they say nothing can be done, but I feel I should get a reply). I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this was negative for me, and I think it should be known. Update: I received a email and have been helped. I really appreciate the response and help from the customer service team. I apologize if I came off as rude. I’m very grateful for the very helpful, and kind response. I haven't been to the actual shop, but I recently purchased some nappy samples to figure out which eco nappies were best for my bub. Honestly, I wish I had known of Hello Charlie (HC) from the start, it would have saved me lots of money from trying different nappy brands and sizes. Also, I have read all her cheat sheets for different products and I am loving them. I work in marketing and research is always I try and do for the products I purchase. Unfortunately, having worked in the industry, I saw first hand the little that ethics has to do with most products on the market. I intend to keep purchasing from HC and will follow her reviews on other products. Thank you ~ Alethia M

I ordered some bowls and had an issue when i received an email from the courier saying they had delivered them, but i had not received them. Hello Charlie responded immediately to my enquiry and have constant feedback as they worked with the courier company to resolve the issue. I was very happy with the customer service, and very glad to discover in the end that the package had been delivered to the wrong address a back door of a neighbors house and they had been away so hadn't seen the package. All sorted now and the kids are so excited to have the bowls. ~ Cynthia B

I couldn't be more impressed with my experience with Hello Charlie. Shipping was fast, I was updated every step of the way. And the products are amazing. I ordered the kakadu plum and marshmallow body wash and lotion set by Bubba Organics. Couldn't wait to try it when it arrived this afternoon. After a bath with the body wash and a massage with the lotion, I bundled my 18 month old into her PJs and she was down for her nap within minutes. Heavenly products! Wonderful service. Exceptional customer service, prompt delivery service that arrived on a Saturday (because they don't use Australia Post). Have been meaning to purchase from them for ages, it's taken Covid for me to do it and I am so glad I did. Also if your concern about online shopping theirs other alternative payment methods. I'm obsessed with this website. Such an amazing range with really good prices. I love how transparent the founders are about the products and what they contain. The cheat sheets are my bibles as a new mum! I have made pick up and delivery orders and both were really easy. Before purchasing I rang Hello Charlie to enquire about the product I wanted. I experienced first hand Exlementrary customer service provided by an employee that went out of her way to measure the booster seat. I then went online made the purchase and it was exactly as advertised and advice from the employee. Outstanding! It came quickly and no problem with the whole process. A big thank you. ~ Sean M

Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be a return customer. I purchased a BBox drink bottle from them online because it was the cheapest option I found. There were problems with the delivery, which were in no way the fault of Hello Charlie. When it was returned to their warehouse, they sent it again with another carrier at not extra cost to me. ~ Amy K
